If you receive an incorrect size shade, simply remove it from the box, take a picture of the actual headrail measurement using a metal tape measure, and provide it to the seller for review.

If you're having trouble getting the headrail to snap into the bracket, make sure the brackets are evenly aligned and leveled. Ensure that the brackets are not set too far back into the window, leaving enough room to securely seat the headrail into the bracket and make it "snap" into place. For an inside mount, you only need to use one screw in the large oval hole on top of the bracket, not the two smaller holes set back on top.
